What is Lwann?
A permanent memorial page for your deceased loved one. Shareable link, built for Myanmar families and diaspora who can't attend funerals in person.
What language is Lwann available in?
Myanmar and English. Choose either when submitting your form.
Is there a mobile app?
No. Website only, mobile-friendly, works on any phone browser.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost?
Page creation (bio, lifetime, 3 photos, 1 tribute, 1 memorie): $5. Extra tribute/memory: $1 each. Extra photos: $1 per 5. Candle extension: $1 per 6 months. Roses: $1 per 10. Edits/takedown: $5 per request.
How do I pay?
Buy Me A Coffee - Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. No local Myanmar payment methods yet.
Can I get a refund?
No. Strict no-refund policy. 24-hour free correction window after launch.
Page Creation Process
Who can create a page?
Anyone family, friends, or community members.
How long until my page is live?
48 hours after payment confirmation.
What happens if I submit wrong information?
Free correction within 24 hours of launch. After that, $5 per edit.
Can I preview the page before it's published?
(Undecided needs a policy before launch.)
Content & Community Features
What's the candle feature?
Default 30 minutes when lit by a visitor. Buy extensions to keep it permanently lit.
What happens when my candle extension expires?
Reverts to default 30-minute mode. Extend again anytime.
Who can leave tributes or flowers?
Anyone with the link. All submissions are manually reviewed before publishing.
Can multiple people contribute to one page?
Yes-tributes, memories, and flowers can come from anyone with the link.
Can I make the page private?
No all pages are public and accessible via link.
Page Retention & Renewal
How long will my page stay online?
Guaranteed for 2 years. Beyond that, renewal depends on business volume (16+ new pages/year) or voluntary sponsorship.
Will I be notified before my guarantee ends?
Yes contacted 90 days before, by email and social media, with renewal options.
Can I keep my page online after the 2-year guarantee?
Yes-low-cost annual renewal will be available.
What happens if I don't renew?
30-day grace period page goes read-only/dimmed with a notice, not deleted.
What happens after the grace period ends?
Page comes down. A downloadable copy is offered first.
Can I download or back up my page myself?
Yes export option available before any takedown.
